Massage & Bodywork
General Full Body Massage
60–90 minutes
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses light to medium pressure. Using a gentle pressure will promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. *This is not a Deep Pressure Massage.
Medical Treatment, Rehabilitation, and Sports Massage
60–90 minutes
Specific medical treatment on muscles and systems towards the healing of ailments, diseases, or injuries related to sports rehab, or pre or post surgical procedures. Especially useful for chronic and acute pain. Acupressure, Lymphatic Drainage, CBD Balm, Premium Essential Oils, Tapping, Cups, Far Infrared, ART, Hot Stones on targeted areas may also be included at no additional charge. This is a light to heavy, or more firm pressure. May include deep tissue work where needed.
Prenatal Massage
60 minutes

Thai Acupressure and Oil Massage
90 minutes
Thai Acupressure works on the acupressure points along the Sen energy lines in the body, By clearing the blockages the brain can find balance and communicate and help to heal the body. It’s very relaxing using rhythmic movements. This is followed up with a full body massage using oils.

Hot Stones
90 minutes
Pohaku Wela is an authentic ancient Hawaiian hot stones massage. It’s a deep healing for the mind, body, and soul using Lomi-Lomi strokes, aromatherapy, and chakra cleansing and healing. A life changing modality and experience. Will leave your skin gently exfoliated. This is a specialty service, and very different from regular massage. The stones are used throughout the entire service to massage. Some chakra stones will also be placed on the chakra points for a more intense healing experience.
Reflexology & Meditation
Reiki, Energy, and Chakra Healing
30 minutes
Chakra readings and energy healing and balancing using Camilla’s natural gifts. After speaking with the client the recommended treatment will present itself. In most cases communication is common. This can easily be added to general full body or medical massage. Allow an extra 15-minutes prior for a brief verbal intake.
